One of her most notable career highlights include playing a pivotal role in building a business from a mere idea, well before it emerged as a distinct industry. With her visionary thinking and entrepreneurial spirit, Nina navigated uncharted territories, transforming an abstract concept into a thriving enterprise. Her ability to anticipate trends and capitalise on emerging opportunities positioned her as a trailblazer in her field.

Nina brings a wealth of expertise with her extensive background in various areas such as leadership, compliance, financial planning and strategies, ethics, sales, business growth, practice management, and operational excellence. Her impressive track record includes successfully establishing, developing, and selling a profitable business and holding senior executive positions within large corporations. From 2010 to 2013, Nina served as the Head of Whittaker Macnaught, where she managed and nurtured a team of 60 staff. Following that, in 2013 to 2014, Nina took on the role of Head of Financial Planning for the Northern Region at Crowe Horwath. During her tenure, she oversaw financial planning efforts in the region and managed assets worth approximately $500M.
With over 30 years of invaluable industry experience, including successfully establishing her own financial services business, Strategic Outsource Solutions (SOS) and a prior role as Head of Financial Planning for Crowe Horwath Qld, Nina brings a wealth of expertise to the Slipstream Group team.
With comprehensive educational background, including a Masters in Financial Planning, a Diploma of Financial Planning, and a Diploma of Business Management, Nina brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She has received industry recognition, such as the Distinguished Services Award from the FPA, and has served as the Chairman of the FPA National Conference. Nina has held various committee positions within the Financial Planning Association and co-founded "Women in Finance," an association dedicated to empowering women in the financial services sector.
