About Jerome...

Jerome has spent the past 20 years of his career in the Hotel Industry throughout New Zealand, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Having worked his way through all areas including Operations, Finance and Human Resources he possesses a broad range of experience that has combined to mould a well-rounded business executive. Having spent many years within a variety of business structures, environments, and cultures Jerome values the people within the business as the most important asset.

Goal driven and with a passion for leadership Jerome’s background ties perfectly into the requirements of the Business Manager at Slipstream Group. The Business Manager role is to ensure all day-to-day requirements of the business are functioning at an exceptional standard. With key areas of accountability in Finance, People & Culture and Planning no two days are the same and his role is pivotal in ensuring Slipstream remains a leader within its own business operation.

Personally…

Jerome is originally from New Zealand and made the move to Brisbane in early 2022 with his wife Amanda and young daughter Chloe. Hailing from the highlands of the Central North Island he is looking forward to the sun and warmer temperatures of Southeast Queensland.

If not spending his personal time with his family, he loves all things sports or competitive in nature. Whilst ‘over the hill’ for previous sports Rugby, Cricket & Basketball he has found quiet enjoyment in Golf which combines the great outdoors with ‘friendly’ competition and banter.
