It all starts with a pre-workshop questionnaire where we get to know all about you and your business, pinpointing exactly where you’re at and working out where you want to be – all the things we need to know to hit the ground running from day one.
The entire plan that we will be working on over two days will use our custom one-page template, which ensures you’ll have a concise plan of action that isn’t overwhelming while also containing all the essentials for success. This one page will be your roadmap to a future brighter than you ever thought possible.
Along with a complete business plan crafted together with our coaches, you’ll receive a 70-page workbook and reference guide giving you an entire toolkit of business know-how at your disposal. Our detailed workbook is an essential resource to keep you confident and thrive long after completing the course.
We host a dinner on the first night of the course, which is fully included in the ticket price. Our industry dinner lets you network and share ideas with like-minded and motivated business professionals.
A week after the workshop has finished, you’ll have a have a scheduled one-hour meeting with the coach who will check in on how your new business plan is running and work with you perfect the launch to your team or to make any fine-tune adjustments necessary.
We also focus on helping you look after your personal wellbeing, setting goals, and giving you strategies to ensure that you fully get to enjoy the fruits of your business success with those most important – your family.
