Ryan started his career working with public practice accounting firms in a recruitment and business development role almost immediately post-graduation. The role was diverse, he helped businesses not only recruit new staff but also to enter into strategic partnerships with Director/Partner level professionals. Understanding his clients’ structure, vision, culture, management style, and services offered was imperative to ensure the best fit and success. Ryan truly enjoys working within the professional services sector and has a great network within the space. Bringing with him a strong understanding of the industry, he is dedicated to continually developing his skillset and knowledge within the professional services space.

Personally…

Ryan enjoys sunshine and great weather more than most other things. He has a passion for travelling and visiting new countries as well as watersports (wakeboarding) and generally being out on the water. He is a car enthusiast (seriously, he can name the make, model and year of pretty much any car) and can’t wait to get his hands on a new project car to tinker with, modify and enjoy. Being born in France he is also bilingual, speaking both English and French.
